5. Sure. She made it obvious from the start that she had male friends, but purely platonic. I’m not a controlling person, and I’ve never told her who she can be friends. I didn’t care who she befriended because my trust for her was far greater than any doubt, and she’d never given me a reason to not believe her. We’ve had numerous conversations about how important it is to be honest.

   However, I’m an adult. I personally wouldn’t have women over at my house, and especially in my bed. It would feel incredibly wrong to me, even if it was purely platonic. That’s just me, though.

   Assuming that she was being a good friend, and nothing happened, I don’t want to come across as someone she can walk all over by doing this and expecting me to be okay with it. I don’t want to suddenly turn cold to her, as that would make me look like a dick at this point.

   However, I certainly don’t want to act like everything is fine, because she fundamentally broke trust and partially gaslit me into believing I was delusional.

   What do you think is the best action here?
