My (M26) gf (F31) just broke up with me via text – your opinions on my response?

Kinda caught me off guard although I had the feeling something's off yesterday. Well sadly I was right with that since she just texted that she had contact with her ex the entire time we've been dating (3 months) and met with him yesterday. She realized she "isn't the person for me" even though she wanted it – what I believe has to be bs considering the fact she lied about the contact with the ex thing (we talked about that once or twice).

I haven't replied yet. I feel like not knowing what else to reply but "lol k" but life ain't a meme so I think about sth that makes clear I am upset in a constructive way – if that makes any sense at all. I've been really invested on this relationship and am f'ing disappointed.

My take would be the following:

"I've waited for your shift to end so that you wouldn't be distracted.

I'm glad that it's so much easier for you – after you considered letting me drive to you for 40mins straight – to rather break up via text. You wanting to be "that person" the fact that you kept contact with your ex, lied about it and also still made the decision to meet up unfortunately contradicts with my understanding of that. I feel sorry for you that you have to lie to yourself at the expense of others in order to feel better. It was nice as long as it lasted. Farewell."
