my step dad is a massive creep

I' meters 14(female) and my mom married someone twice her age(he' s 60 she' t 30) and this dude creeps me the hell out.

The first thing he asked whenever we met is if I was the virgin and i was instantly uncomfortable with that. Of course I am one but that was none of his business especially given that we just met. We often catch him eyeing me up and he usually says things that nobody their age should say in regards to a girl who is barely a teenager.

He doesn' t even hide the fact that he discovers me attractive and my friend seems to not care given that he made a music about how my butt becomes him on and he happily sings it in front of the girl. I sleep with my door locked because I actually genuinely don' t trust him and he' s yelled at me several times for locking the door but will never answer why he' s trying to go into my room while I rest.

I genuinely think that he could be planning on doing something in my opinion and my mom refuses to listen to anything I say about him. I need advice given that none of my friends have any kind of advice and idk who have else I trust to visit.

Edit: thanks so much for all your support, im trying to read everyone' s comments yet I don' t possess the mental energy to go through every one of them. As for reporting him I would try to do it when I come back from winter break although I' m scared from the possibility of foster care.
