OP this is crazy. I think you need to be firm with as other commenters stated. Ask why she is doing that every single time as calm as possible and state your boundaries. Same with your BF you need to be united. I may also get a little weird with it and bring up if she is trying to do that on purpose, like if she likes you or what her true intentions are by acting like this.
Stick to your boundaries and be firm “I prefer to use the bathroom alone, can you please leave?” My room is my private space, I'd rather you knock and ask for permission than just entering my space”
It sucks but I think you're going to have to lock the door when someone else leaves the room and get up again to open it when they return. It will be annoying but I think the best part of this is in the meantime, other than the obvious of her not being to enter, but the opportunities it will bring to be firm when you catch her in the act. She will probably still try to open the door (maybe do a little secret knock between you and your BF to know its him) so when she tries to open the door, you can say “BF?” And when she goes BF's mom you can say “yes what do you need?” And she gives some lame excuse you can then say oh BF can do his laundry later thanks though.
