I think things like laughing and being playful are not worth him being rude over, I've known people who have a naturally flirty personality so I wouldn't always take it personally.
But the actions like asking him to hang out or ignoring you need to be shut down by your boyfriend. At that point they are crossing the line and being rude and he is being disrespectful to you by not shutting it down. I would ask him why he's okay with them being mean to you but he won't be rude to them. If they ask him to hang out, he needs to ask “Can my girlfriend come?” and if they are ignoring you he needs to call them out.
