I don't know where you're getting that info but you are entirely wrong. In many states that still have access, there are multiple clinics going up to either 22 or 24 weeks. I know because I work in abortion access and live in one such state.
You do know that Roe v. Wade gave access up to viability right? Viability is generally between 21 and 25 weeks. Most states that protect access in their state law also give access up to this point. A simple Google search would have told you you were wrong here.
