Don't hide the way you feel about it and let it be swept under the rug. Everyone can make a mistake or forget something. It's no excuse to verbally attack the other party.
Just remember, as the woman, you're statistically likely to have more time for yourself without him than with him. Go to court, make the responsibilities official, and get out there to grab your future
How is OP basically a kid when she’s supposedly the same age you were when you started dating your wife? But then again I’m 31 and can not imagine dating a 26 year old because there’s a lot of changes and growth that happens in those years as well. There is a massive difference between 18 and 26 or at least there really should be so I’m not sure how you’re comparing these places of life. An 18 year old is just barely an adult.
Some people have more demanding jobs that include small talk and socializing with your boss to get where you want. If you can’t deal with 10 min of no attention than start looking for a non ambition or workless guy
Definitely let it go as it sounds like she doesn’t live! in the area. Probably a good time for his kids to spend with their cousins. Family is important. If it was a friend or someone like that I could see being upset. Get some rest, read a book enjoy your evening.
