Update: I found these texts on my husbands phone. I don’t know if I’m being paranoid or not. (35f 38m)

I tried the advice of looking for deleted messages, there weren’t any from or to her. Apparently that only works for deleted messages not unsent ones. So I still had no idea what was said in the unsent messages-which no, he’s never ever pocket texted me before so this would only be happening in his conversation to her.

I tried texting her and it was strange but the message never went through. Almost like I was blocked but I’ve never texted her before, she doesn’t have my number. I thought I’d try to send her a message on social media but couldn’t find her.

So I decided to just go talk to her in person yesterday before my husband came home. I walked over to her house, around dinner time. It was a bad time for her, her son was running around and she was in the middle of dinner but she said she could talk for a minute. She was very nice if not kind of awkward and anxious (that might just be how she is though, I haven’t talked to her too many times). I asked her about the texts with my husband and she said she didn’t have anything much more to say than what was there. I asked what the unsent text messages said and she said she didn’t know, she hadn’t read them. Then I asked what the conversation he had alluded to was about and she said she didn’t remember it at all. I told her he had told me it was a joke and she said it might’ve been but she couldn’t remember. After that I left, so I don’t have any answers except a bad feeling in my gut but that could all be in my own head. I’m sorry if this seems rambling. I don’t know if I drop it now.
