I would say it’s not normal to get a ride to school at that age but you have been homeschooled and haven’t been given a a chance to learn. I’m from the uk for from secondary school around age 12-13 most kids walk or get the bus but some do still get lifts. I’ve used to get the bus (which is a public bus) to school and home again unless I decided to walk home which would take about 45mins. I think you really need to look into getting your license so you have some more independence.

Oh good gosh, you need to run as fast as you can from that person. Not today, nor tomorrow, but yesterday. There is nothing on this earth that will EVER make it ok for a grown ass man liking 12 year old girls, or any teenage girl for that matter. The only person responsible for his behaviour is him. He could continue to get worse (or could already be doing worse) without your knowledge, even if you stay with him.
He needs professional help. If he recognises that this isn't okay, then he needs to look for that help himself, not expect you to stop him sexually abusing children. If he doesn't recognise this as an issue (and it sounds like he doesn't, because he's already making excuses for his behaviour), then there is no help you could provide to curb his use of CP.
Get out. Tell him it's unacceptable and he's lying to himself if he believes it's okay and leave. Better yet, contact the relevant authorities to seize his computer and phone before he has a chance to clear things.
